I am here to reclaim my health. My kids are my support system and my motivation is mainly ME. I mean a lot to myself and I am doing this as a way of treating myself. I'm one of those typical stories of putting everyone first except for myself and I feel as though I wasn't taking care of me but taking care of everyone else. My decision to invest into this program was the first time in a long time I finally did something for me. With that said, I am very happy to be here.
