During the video I’ll advise you with proper exercise etiquette, correct your form, and teach you how to maximize your body using your own body. After the session you respond with your results…. How many of each exercise you were able to do. And with that information I’ll be able to design a 6 week custom workout tailored to help you reach your goals as swiftly and safely as possible.
The beautiful thing of this is, you’ll have that workout video for life so anytime you want to brush up on proper exercise you can revert back to it!!
