I take the everyday foods that you already enjoy eating and customize them, so that those same foods become fuel for your body and not luggage. I consider factors such as your age, current weight, and goal weight, and then combine those elements together to create a case-specific meal plan tailored to you and your individual needs.
If you're looking for a workout plan... I offer a Custom At Home Workout Regimen that use your own body weight to help tone your body and maximize your results. You will complete a fitness evaluation that lets me know what level of fitness you are starting at. If working out at home isn't your thing thats ok.... I offer a Gym Regimen that gives you a tutorial video and gives you a full workout regimen to follow in the gym. This takes the guess work out of trying to figure out what to work on in the gym.
